The Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Handbook (Benbow and Kubiak) is a great reference.  That is the only reference book i used at the exam and passed.  I think there is a new version out.

I used the ASQ guide, with the ASQ testing Software, and the Solutions guide.  The only reference I used was the Cliff Notes Statistics book.  Good Luck!

Thanks a lot for the guidance. As you have cleared the exam ,just wanted to check that on an average how many questions are problem solving questions( out of the total of 150 questions) and are the questions very time consuming ( Eg: Solving the entire ANOVA problem from scratch as opposed to solving the missing cells in the ANOVA table). Typically do they ask only hypotheses related questions or questions on permutations and combination i.e probability questions also asked. This will be of great help for me as i wud know the areas to focus on ..
