help required

Dear All,
Am looking for some projects in HR
Have been through the discussions and have found primarily these areas
– attrition
– Absenteesim
– Recruitment where some measurables have been defined and some projects taken
would like to know if some good projects can be made in areas of employee sat. ( how to measure that ?), some corelation between the broader category of employee ( personal inventory either MBTI etc.) and relating to their preference for kind of employee engagement, etc.
so let me know the Y in the equation y=f(x) and also let me know the various x’s
