Hi everyone, just taking time to introduce myself. My name is Jamie and I am a quality technician from the UK. I am bouncing between lean, ISO9001, kaizen techniques in my role and all the time trying to improve my own knowledge in the field of quality improvement & customer satisfaction.
I am also interested in the psychology of success and what leads to the difference between world class organisations and the rest of the businesses trying to catch up.
The main thing is to continue learning and so I hope I can offer and in turn benefit from the knowledge of others to improve myself and the way I do things in my role.
I am running improvement projects and keeping myself busy with ISO9001: 2008 audits and spend a lot of time monitoring and measuring our quality performance regarding internal non-conformance, supplier rejects and customer returns.
