Thanks!0September 6, 2002 at 9:41 pm #78699Hi Stephanie,

Most people seek a QFD software template because they see a matix and it has some math. The matrix is nothing more than straight lines and some imbedded formulae. The formulae used by most are based on mathematically mis-used scales. They are to be avoided. Please.0June 6, 2003 at 1:33 pm #86728

Customer Requirements:stylish, multiple choises, safe to use, value for money, hard to lose Against the Product/Service Features:Choise of point sizes, variety of ink colors, choice of finishes ,non-tocic ink……etc.Try to build a matrix ,for example :strong relation has been observed between multiple choices at one hand and the following features:choice of point sizes, variety of ink colors….etc.and so on ,covering all the items ,putting special remarks for :strong, moderate and weak relations. Hope that helps.0August 17, 2004 at 5:11 pm #105871

Sorry I should have picked up on this when you first posted it, but it blew right by me.
I have a pretty decent example at

You can get the context around it by going to http://www.is-sixsigma.com, navigating to Storyboards then to Emergency Services. The Measure storyboard tells what led up to the QFD.
