    dear Ahsan :
    you can go through the website to search all you need , you will find DMAIC cycle , you will find case study , I’m not sure what you mean by lean steps , lean don’t have a standard process like six sigma , its a collection of tools that you can use to reduce 8 wastes in your process.

    Ahsan, please don’t ask us to provide Lean Six Sigma training through a chat room. As QC said, there is plenty of information available to you to understand the basics. Do some work then we may be willing to share some insights with you.
