    We have some setting torque wrench in our assembly lines for tightening nuts. My question is that can we analysis those torque wrench with MSA process? If your question is yes how?

    Yes – have a look at some of the articles on here about MSA, Gauage R&R and the like. Have a good think about why you want to use MSA and what aprameters are being measured? I have no idea what systems you employ but you can start here and follow some of the subsequent articles as required

    Alternately, if a MSA doesn’t cleanly meet your purpose, a Design of Experiments (DOE) might be more appropriate. You’ll find a lot of similarity in setup, but more flexibility in matching your analysis with what you really want to know.
