be notified via email.Here in our site, we have a specific production line that we need to show the process capability (as required by customer).
The problem is, in the inspection station the operator needs to use a go – no go gage, after this he insert the results (yes or no) in a spreadsheet and calculate the yield of the line.
Nowadays we use yield as my main quality indicator, but I need to plot the cpk and ppk to show the capability of my process., but I don’t know how can I calculate the cpk and ppk for these attributes.
