JessicaParticipant@jessrealInclude @jessreal in your post and this person will
be notified via email. There are a lot of different ways to get feedback from your customers:
- Sales calls
- Support tickets
- NPS quick-surveys
- Online chat
- 1:1 Interviews
- User tests
- Surveys
- Focus groups
- Third-party review websites
- Online stalking
Which methods does your OpEx team use on a regular (yearly) basis?
And what’s your #1 favorite?

Sharmin SaylorParticipant@SharminInclude @Sharmin in your post and this person will
be notified via email. We use NPS surveys after a service has been delivered.
We use focus groups when we are developing services.
We use support tickets for analyzing where our improvement efforts need to be focused.
The sales team has their own processes, if you can call them that. haha just joking sales staff! ;)
