    Hi,
              Can anybody suggest the method to coverting Cp, Cpk to sigma levels.?

    By definition, a six sigma level of quality is a Cp of 2 with some assumptions of maximum shift from target.

    Your Cp is a measurement that is the potential of your process capability when all non-random variability is removed along with centering your process.Your calculation is: Cpk = Z/3 when using short term data and should be shifted by 1.5 if this was calculated using long term data.Hope this helps
