Hi,

How do we implement six sigma in garment industries, and what are the tools we need to implement, pls guide and if u have any presentation of six sigma of garment industries , pls do mail me.

It would be the same as any other industry. Six sigma works regardless of what is going through the process, be it a garment or a chicken or a check. So just read all the great articles on how to implement six sigma that are already on here
