be notified via email.Is there a defined process? What are the specifications? How are they measured? How much can you trust the measurements? Are there controllable variables? If you can positively answer these questions you can employ six sigma. otherwise you’re likely to misuse or abuse. I’m reminded of the nineteen-nineties when some companies tried to use six sigma for everything and discovered that many improvement projects either failed or had deceptive results, or where someone was trying to promote an agenda or just earn required internal certification.

be notified via email.@Youssef_DO The advice about measuring emotions is a good start but mare complicated than that. You need to have a measurement system that is precise and accurate. That is MSA. If you cannot apply MSA and get an acceptable result on the analysis then you are wasting everyone’s time trying to apply Six Sigma.
There is a reason that rulers are not manufactured on a rubber substrate. The measurements are not stable. If you cannot run a MSA you have no idea if you have an issue with the emotions or if you just have a rubber ruler.
