At our company, we have had Six Sigma for about a year now. We are working on project pipelines for various departments. The current one is the Human Resources. Any ideas or projects that anyone has worked on in the HR area that have been successful Black Belt or Green Belt projects. Any suggestions are really appreciated!
Thanks!

There have been a good deal of conversations on this topic in the past. I searched the Discussion Forum archive for “hr” and found a ton. You might want to try the same.

Randy0October 21, 2002 at 3:42 pm #79806just think of defects that occur in HR. How about cycle time to hire a candidate. How about time to resolve a disability claim. how about overpaying employees, or reducing workmans comp related injuries, etc.
