Does anyone have any handy little memory aid or tables to help you remember what hypothesis tests you need to use depending on the type of data available etc?
As is often the case with statistics, if you don’t use it you loose it!
    Kindest regards,
    Sigma Mod.

For example, when I would use a 2 proportion or chi-square test.
Looking for some quick reference guide.
    Cheers.

I have a hypothesis test roadmap that I think would work for you.  It is a PDF doc.  E-mail me at [email protected] and I will send it to you.

    Mike,
You need to read your own copyright notice on your site. What you are offering is copyrighted material. Take it down or give credit to the creators. This was taken directly out of copyrighted training materials. I know, I have the original.

I would if it was, but it is not
If you have one that looks exactly like mine which is a derivative of a one used by the folks that taught me Six Sigma, then someone took it from mine. The  non parametric details and a couple notes were added by me. And I had an ok from them to use.
Something like hypothesis testing is practically public domain. A specific exact form of something like this that is copywrited works for that specific form/format. Once you add to it it is a derivative work.
If you can show me how this came from yours I’d be glad to add a citation and a link. As it stands it is not a copywrite infringement.
If yours is better, I’ll take mine down and put yours up with a link.
    Mike

People who violate copyrights and then give permission don’t count. You did not get permission from the creators. The creators were named Miguel, Mike, and Gary. Your format is exactly the same. Your words are exact except for a few added notes on paired t and 3 or more on the non-parametric side.
Give creadit to the real creators and none of us have an issue.

    Mike Smith,
Let me help with what it is not a derivitive of. The original was cretaed in Barcelona, Spain in the Hilton Hotel in 1995, during an Allied Signal Spanish and Italian Wave that we were teaching using simultaneous translation. The translators did not have a technical background so the translation was not working all that well. The original was created to help with clarity in the decision making flow.
Nobody took this from your material.

Sorry for delay in responding. I was out.  The MBB I originally got this from said just what you have said.
So at this point I can either add a citation and/or link or take it down.
    What would you prefer?
