1) Find another solution.
Or 2) Make a business-case argument for the floor space.
Or 3) Find some other areas you can siphon floor space from with Lean tools.
Or 4) Figure out a way to implement your solution in less floor space.
Or 5) Get fed-up with management sabotaging your projects, turn in your resignation, and find another job.
