    Can anyone suggest inputs to improve lead delivery times for IT equipment installation at the customer premises from average of 20 days to 10 days? Using Lean Six sigma.
    Also if someone suggest any books, links to actual case study related to improving lead times in IT equipment delivery project.

    It seems that your message suggests that you have Project management related issue rather than a Quality issue.

    Hence kindly reframe your question/situation or your pre-work details for better suggestion from the forum.

    You might do better with JIT (Just In Time) rather than Six Sigma.

    Did you get a team together along with a project champion? If you did a great process map, you could see how to improve if times were captured also.

    @Verunj We need some clarity is the 10 day the time it takes to get the equipment to site or is it the time it takes to install it so you can move to the next phase of the project?
