    Hello:
    I have been working on this topic for a while.  I have developed a Process, methodology, and theory of innovation.  The equation that I have come up with to put the innovation puzzle together, love to announce it at iSixSigma!, is as follows:
                        Innovation = Effort x Speed of Thought**2
    where Speed of thought is a function of knowledge, combinatorial play, and imagination.  Any comments?

    Are you sure it is not
    Innovation = K x Effort x Speed of Thought^2  ?
    Where K is a Harvard constant (not so constant) that deppends on the effort an speed of thought and has the propper units co covert units of effort times units of speed of thought squeared to units of innovation?
    You know, any equation of the type y = K * f(x1, x2, …, xn) can be made true provided that the constant K is the right function of the x’s and that it has the propper units.
