I’m leading a set of green belts and we are discussing green belt team meetings. I’d like to spend time with them giving some examples that they can use within their team meetings for explaining some concepts like a) variation not averages, b) the value of statistical tests, c) focus on process, not people. Does anyone have any short story or examples for these that I can use? Thanks for your help.0March 21, 2005 at 6:44 am #56601
