I am looking for facilities that have an efficient internal patient transport system. One that meets a consistent delivery expectation with low variation (+ or – 5 min) in hitting the target. Our hospital has an average census of 285 and is attached to a large specialty clinic. Anyone able to share or point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I suggest you gather some data to see how you are performing. Get a mean and standard deviation and consider some demographics (X’s) at the same time.0 -
