    Hello,

    I performed a gage R&R and am not sure how to interpret these results. Below are the results and graphs are attached. Everything here looks great, but the precision to tolerance ratio is >4% at 12%. Several of the parts used in this gage were out of tolerance, so I’m thinking when parts are only in tolerance the gage will not be capable of distinguishing. Tolerance is (2.995, 3.005).
