I aasumed that the Certified Six Sigma Black Belts progressed to the Master Black belt level and obtained a Certification. Is this correct?
I have read the Body of Knowledge for Certified Six Sigma, I understand the CQA, CQE, CQM, etc…,
Does the Master Black Belt obtain certification by the same process?

Gary ConeParticipant@garyaconeInclude @garyacone in your post and this person will
be notified via email. There is no set certification for Black Belt or Master Black Belt. Buyer beware!
I would personally look for a pedigree back to Motorola and even then make sure the person(s) had implementation responsibility. There are a half dozen or so firms that meet this criteria.

Does does anybody know of any other organization giving Master Black Belt Certification?0July 30, 2001 at 4:00 am #67774Our company requires extensive experience, five projects, mentoring of a number of projects, the usual four week BB course, plus an additional four weeks of MBB, plus a fairly brutal 16 question test that usually takes 6-8 hours. Relatively speaking, the CQE is a walk in the park.
