So, I’m about to recommend my company use the Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Relations (JR) course to help solve some personnel related issues. Before I stick my neck out and recommend this product, I’d like to know if there is any actual

      evidence

that the TWI JR course is effective at teaching leadership skills and actually improving job relations. I’m looking for a study (even if it is old or small) or some cases that I can use to give me confidence in recommending this course, and to give my bosses confidence that taking our supervisors off the floor to go through this class will be a worthwhile investment. I’d appreciate it if you could point me to a study, some cases, or published success stories. If you would like to share your own experience with this program, that would be great too!
