be notified via email.Most who try to implement JIT do it in a bubble. They do not understand that JIT is only one of the pillars built on a firm foundation. The foundation is the concept of leveling and evening out the demand. Most do not want to address this, but try to implement JIT anyway & it fails because the company typically drives the erratic demand back to the supplier. Ultimately, it becomes nothing more than a ‘shift the problem’.
