Hi Everyone,
I am Deepak, have been with GECIS for a year and did a GB training there. Was a part of two projects there. In the current organisation am a people manager and am part of two projects and Quality initiatives.
I am 23 and have 3.5 years of experience in the BPO segment.I would like to know wether a BB certification would help me in the lon run or not.

First of all, I would recommend you to complete the Breen Belt certification, after which you can decide to acheiving your BB.
I strongly recommend you put all of your enery into acheiivng the above and you certainly will have no regrets .
The Six Sigma methodologies do not have limitations to any specific industry, hence this will further increase your employability.
