WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING “5S” & KAIZEN PRACTICES TO THE GRASSROOT LEVEL.
CURRENTLY, WE ARE IN A PROBLEM OF FIXING OBJECTIVE CRITERION FOR EVALUATION OF KAIZEN FOR AWARDS & RECOGNITION.
QUANTIFYING 5S PERFORMANCE WAS NOT DIFFICULT BECAUSE WE HAVE A DETAIL CHECKLIST & SCORING GUIDELINES. BUT WE DONOT HAVE ONE FOR KAIZEN EVAVUATION.
CAN ANYONE, PLEASE GUIDE ME SO AS TO PREPARE A “KAIZEN EVALUATION CHECKLIST”

Kaizen evaluation sheet is not a standard check for kaizen initiative. Kaizen Scheme should be launched as an overall improvement package. Many organizations have quarterly/yearly awards, awards for best kaizen suggested. Mostly kaizen effectiveness is evaluated by estimating the benefits post deployment and sustenance
