I´m doing a performance scorecard (KPI) for financial and accounting area ,because we would like to start six sigma projects based on it
do you know some metrics? (defects, cicle time, errors, etc)

be notified via email.ADC – do yourself a big favor and schedule one-on-one meetings
with leadership team members. They are in the best position to tell
you what they need to achieve in the business. Their business
objectives form the basis for real KPI’s. For example, if “getting
financial products developed quicker and brought to market” is what
keeps them up at night, then develop a business level KPI around
Time to Market. (KPI may be % improvement in TTM). The KPI
performance will drive the natural selection of projects – don’t be
another of those SS folks that go “hunting” for projects – build your

Some measure we have used are:
IT spend per user
% spend for KLO (Keep the lights on) vs. Discretionary projects
Cumulative NPV for projects initiated during the quarter, etc.
