Hello, This is my first post on this board.  I have searched and not been able to find the answers needed.  I am on quiz number two for this certification.
The book I am using is “The Six Sigma Handbook Revised and expanded”.  I cannot locate anything in this book reguarding benchmarking, specifically the following questions.

What are the steps of benchmarking?
What are the benefits of benchmarking?
Basically everything there is to know about benchmarking.  Can anyone help?
The books table of contents also states that benchmarking is on page 91.  Benchmarking is not even identified on page 91 in my book.

    Thanks for you help.

Just an FYI – I am looking at The Six Sigma Handbook Revised and Expanded by Thomas Pyzdek, McGraw Hill, 2003.
On Pages 91 – 96 there is a clear explanation of benchmarking.
Are you sure you’re lookng at the right book?  Maybe you got a defect.

I don’t know you, so I can’t say if you’re crazy or not.  But, you definitely have the wrong book.  I don’t see anything in there about mortgage anything – nor should there be.
