    I am looking for a facility that specializes in repair work for a product / component ( not a manufacturing facility ) and that utilizes LEAN production methodology in which that produced product is broken down into multple work stations /stages ( more than 2 or 3 ) so that I might bring a small group of artisans to review the process to make ‘believers’ out of them for LEAN in a repair process with multple work stations.

    So……… it can be anywhere in the world?  I know this place outside of Barcelona.
