be notified via email.I am reading/learning about Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma. Are there any books/articles that compare/contrast the two processes? Also, are there any articles on any deficits to the processess to be aware of if you are considering implementing Six Sigma?

Use SS to Define Measure and Analyze, when it comes to Improve and Control think Lean. If you want an excellent beginers guide to Lean try “Lean Production Simplified”, by Pascal Dennis.
0May 19, 2006 at 9:20 pm #137859You can use both Lean and Six Sigma because the former focuses on waste while the latter focuses on variation. For every stage in DMAIC, you can combine the knowledge of both lean and six sigma
