Hi everyone, I’m looking for your thoughts and experiences on approaches to how you have trained and engaged managers and staff in Lean Six Sigma and in Daily Management (visual boards, huddles, gemba walks). I’ve introduced the concepts to 2 organizations in the past, and I’m starting in my 3rd and thought I’d see what fresh approaches other people had to share. Looking forward to hearing your approaches! Thanks in advance!0October 3, 2016 at 5:04 am #200115
Amber, I don’t know how you’ve structured your training, but to me the link is obvious. Daily Management tools are the perfect compliment to LSS, especially in the Control phase. Use DMAIC to solve problems then integrate the improvements and learnings into your daily work to sustain them.0
