I am currently developing an approach to lean six sigma implementation in the supply chain of major 1st tier automotive manufacturers , i have had over 5 years of experience in lean and a modest amount of training in six sigma that is currently being addressed. I am interested in conversing with persons who have experience in applying the 2 methodologies in tandem whether successfully or unsucceessfully inside their own companies. I am currently involved in 2 major six sigma projects in a training capacity and am keen to share details of approaches and techniques used.

I will risk being placed on the self promotion list. I have a book available through Amazon called “Leaning into Six Sigma.” We wrote it small with a few salient points so 1.management would understand they do not have to make a choice between SS and Lean – they can and should do both and 2. a basic integration example.

I’m a Master Blackbelt and Lean expert working in the USA. I’ve done assignments in Europe and China also. I’d be interested in discussing your approach.
