Hya,
I want to introduce Lean/SS in the company where i work. I thought of playing a game with Lego to better show the effects of eliminating waste and “explain” single piece flow.
Do you have a well defined process for a simple lego type game?
Thanks in advance
Rodders0May 23, 2006 at 12:41 pm #56990Rodders,
if you are able to speak German, I’ll send you a short description of the game, that we use to train our blue collar workers.
Otherwise google for: aaahq, am2005, lego. You will find an extensive description of the game.

Adam L BowdenParticipant@Adam-L-BowdenInclude @Adam-L-Bowden in your post and this person will
be notified via email.Good morning Andy,I’ll certainly e-mail you the simulation. The Lego game is OK and
serves it’s purpose but is a pain in the rear to cart around and set
up.That s why for the last 10 years or so I still use the card drop game
as it’s is very easy to travel with and can be set up/done on the fly.
I also find it more useful to pull out key learnings from a
Kaizen/Kakaku perspective. Drop me a line…Regards,Adam [email protected]0January 25, 2008 at 8:54 am #57510Hello,
I’m very interested by using an alternative to the lego game specialy when I got small training class

There is a good lego application to teach lean. I am using it right now to tech lean principles. It is come from visionary product. Take a look to http://www.visionaryproductos.biz. The plane simulation is very good. Lean Office, mmmm, no good enough to me.
