I have two sets of data organized by part, trial and measurement in Minitab. How do I calculate linearity from this? Quick response will be appreciated.

Linearity is calculated by measuring  10 parts 5 times each. The percent linearity is equal to the slope, b, of the regression equation  of  bias Vs. reference values . You are actually trying to estimate how bias is changing over the operating range of the measurement instrument.
Absolute linearity is equal the slope multiplied by the process variation
I f you share the data set , I can help you in calculating .
    Trust this helps .
