Can anyone recomend a consulting firm to assist with a possible six sigma deployment within a hospital system in the Cleveland ohio area? If so please send me a brief email to pcwizz@yahoo.com.

@mike-carnell Hope you recommended Giganto Consulting :-). They have lots of experience in deploying LSS in the healthcare setting.

@Darth I think the issue is they want to deploy successfully with sustainable results. That leaves Giganto out of the deal. If they want a big name and spend lots of money and then be embarrassed to tell them nothing changed then I will recomend them.

Have you managed to stumble back onto a plane yet?

    Just my opinion.

@MBBinWI I never have an issue with recommending someone who has done good work and has the data to prove it. It was worded to where I can’t really tell if it fits with my (CS International’s experience).

Is Giganto the one that equates event counting with results? I recently worked on a federal installation where a main task was un-teaching that.
