be notified via email.Hello to everyone in the quality field. I am interesting on how lean and six sigma can complement each other. I have heard about an excellent article on this subject by Johan Denecke from AlliedSignal in 1998. I want to know how I can obtain a copy of it. The title of the article is 6 Sigma and Lean Synergy. Thank you.

I think Honeywell has a good strategy called Six Sigma Plus and I have also heard something called LeanSigma. Looking forward to the responses. Thank you.—–from someone who is interesting in quality—-

The best thing about the book is that it is not a text book with theories, the book is actually a strory about a consultant who has been invited to help make a decision on which piece of equipment to buy. the 1.2 miliion dollar one or the smaller 750k one. I won’t describe the book anymore, but I will tell you which one they buy: NEITHER. The other great thing about the book is that it only takes an hour or so to read.
If you looking for a book that says: To combine Lean and Six Sigma do this and that, then this may not be the book for you. If you want a book to make you think and reflect about how to use either method and give you some practical examples, then this is the book for you.
I highly recommend it!0November 2, 2001 at 3:47 pm #69692
