Dear Forum members,
I am a new member, joined today. I have recently completed Green Belt Six Sigma and would like to implement DMAIC and Lean tools in manufacturing plants, supermarkets, warehouses in my country. the market is not familiar with Six Sigma and it is a great opportunity for me to start making things better. Unfortunately, I do not have any practice in LSS unless knowledge and trainings gained would not help me to start. I wonder if someone from you professionals would join to me in this project to start. It might be a mentor as well.
Regards,

Yes, the best way to learn is to learn by doing – applying your new Six Sigma skills.
You could approach some managers at the local manufacturing plants, supermarkets, warehouses in your country and offer to work with them on a voluntary basis.
I can try to mentor you – you can contact me at [email protected]
Best regards,
Eric
