I recently joined a new company, who have embarked on a LSS journey 3 years before. I want to conduct a customer satisfsaction survey, specifically focuding on the LSS deployment. Any tips? Examples?

Kathryn McIverParticipant@kathryndmciverInclude @kathryndmciver in your post and this person will

If you have questions about specifics, I am responsible for the collected and analysis of the LSS effectiveness data for my organization. Just drop me an email at [email protected]

be notified via email. It will be helpful if the internal survey (assuming that is what you want to do) on LSS deployment can probe into the perceived value and effectiveness of LSS projects vis-a-vis the effort invested. The sample surveyed should include sponsors and project champions also. In case an external survey is being considered as well, it may not really be needed since the external customer survey (assuming such a practice already exists) can probably reveal the impact of LSS deployment on those customer interfacing aspects on which LSS projects were executed.
