I’m working on my first Black Belt project and i collects data on our machine downtime (in the machining area) and the analysis showed that over 15% of the time per week is wasted in setup from one piece to the other. I’m on the second week of the training and i need to collect data to analyze it…. i need your help on which data to collect concerning the setup time.
Thank you
