be notified via email.A Master Black Belt of an American car producer ESTIMATES, from his warranty data, 3.37 DPMO related to a cars use of 7500 km (the car time to failure is a Random Variable Weibull distributed with form parameter equal to 3, known from engineering and data)
The Company hires a Statistician Certified Master Black Belt to see if his Master Black Belt was right.
The Statistician Certified Master Black Belt computes himself, through “””a Six Sigma Calculator”””, 3.37 DPMO, as well!!!
ACTUALLY this estimate of the Statistician Certified Master Black Belt is WRONG more than 56%……..
WHAT about the claim “Using 6 Sigma you get only 3.4 defects per million”.
