We have gone through Six Sigma training. It is time to put this into practical application. However, we find ourselves stumbling when it comes to project selection and using the right tools for the job. During the class instruction we didn’t know the right questions to ask, ( although we did ask many questions ) and now that we are smack in the middle of it, we now have a plethera of pertinent questions and nobody to ask. Does anybody have a suggestion regarding mentoring from a Master Black Belt. This tool is to good to let die as so many others have died before.

Not sure I understand your question..but mentoring from an MBB is good…I highly recommend you get direction from such. This is also a good forum for any of your questions….!!0August 29, 2003 at 3:46 pm #89392

I too am a MBB and have a colleague who is also a MBB. We cannnot pretend that we are able to help with everything that is put our way, (we do have full time jobs as such), however we like to keep the “little grey cells” exercised so if you have some problem/topic you would like to share with us please do so through my email address so that the details have some level of confidentiality to you.0August 29, 2003 at 7:06 pm #89406
