Can someone please suggest the set metrics for distribution unit. ours is an organisation which has sales, SCM, Quality & logistics , HR as its major funcitons.
we are going in process improvement projects. please suggest

I don’t want to tell you what metrics to use. However, I will suggest you read Lawton’s book entitled “Creating a Customer-Centered Culture.” It will guide you to your own answers.
