Does anyone out there have experience setting up and deploying performance metrics in transactional/service processes? What kinds of methods/systems do you use to track these metrics? Are there any books out there that would help in this subject?
Any comments/insights would be appreciated….
Thanks,

It’s a good reference for transactional and service businesses with a lot of practical info.
To answer other questions , it’s better if you specify exactly the field of service.
