    Read through the whole Minitab Process capability “not so user friendly” manual, but still cannot figure our CCpk stands for what?

    Can someone help?Thx

    I’ve been curious myself.  I thought I read somewhere (can’t remember my source) that is stands for Centered – CpK. 
    Not to be confused with Cpm.
    Hopefully we’ll get to the bottom of this.

    I think I can explain a bit after doing some homeworks.

    Actually CCpk is CpT (Capability on target or nominal).

    CCpk index is same as the Cp if you look into its formula carefully.

    CpT = Min{(USL-target)/3s or Target-LSL)/3s}

    Some examples given by Minitab confirms this hypothesis.
