Hi
I need the name of certified instute for Certification of Six Sigma.
Ashish0April 3, 2009 at 1:56 pm #183122I’m sorry Ashish, but that information is strictly need-to-know. If you can correctly identify the colour of the boathouse at Hereford, then you will be sent electronic confirmation of recognition and then you will be eligible to access the Six Sigma Mainframe. Once in the mainframe login portal, you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of re-encabulation techniques and their application in variable continetal-based shift methodologies.
-Just trying to help.
0April 3, 2009 at 3:36 pm #183125Ashish, there is no recognized, independent certification body for the LSS industry. Certifications are typically granted by a training firm or a corporate department based on whatever criteria they elect to use.

0April 3, 2009 at 6:09 pm #183127I think Ashish has accidently suggested an EXCELLENT name for a six sigma training academy and “certificate mill:” The Certification Institute for Six Sigma.” I can picture an official looking professional seal that would look good as an embossed stamp on each BB certificate. I should hurry up and register that name as a trademark before someone else grabs it.
0April 3, 2009 at 6:19 pm #183128Outlier, add training to the end – Certification Institute for Six Sigma Training. Then the acronym would be “CISST”.
You could “cut out” the middleman.
It would “rapidly spread”.
A participant would experience “growth”.0April 3, 2009 at 6:33 pm #183130There is no boathouse at Hereford – can I access the mainframe now! :)
0April 3, 2009 at 7:26 pm #183131BritW: Of course you can…but only if you can tell what IS at Hereford and what may, or may not be immortalized on it. (Without cheating)

And immortalized (branded) with an Ishikawa diagram
… and somehow that strangley is appropriate for a cert mill.0April 3, 2009 at 7:59 pm #183133That’s an easy one. In the middle of the town square, next to the “Memerial to the Fallen Soldiers of the War of Blue Panzies (1353)” there is a giant bronze pickle on a limestone base. Immortalized into that limestone base or the words, “Carpe Piscis” which of course means “Seize the Fish.” Next to that, someone has crudely carved the words “HBGB was here.” There are also mountains of empty beer cans and bottles next to it. Nobody knows exactly what the monument means, when it was erected or by whom. It remains one of the great mysteries of the world.
