need urgent help

dear all,
i have a data spread over four quarters on customer feedback on 65 parameters (rating on scale of 1-5) data presented in % customers rating in top two boxes and bottom two boxes for each parameter
similar data is for competition as well
i wanna do the following comparison
– which parameter effects the output satisfaction score
– which parameters lead us or brought us down vis a vis competition
