    Hi
I am Asha and I am starting my career in the field of Quality for the IT service management industry.
Kindly let me know if you have any links for the following:
    1)  Materilas regarding Quality(Online guides or pdf/doc)
    2) Different certifications that a Quality Analyst should possess
One general question for all the Quality Analysts…What is the major strength that a QA should possess?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Asha

I suggest you go to the ASQ website to get answers to your questions.
    http://www.asq.org
This site is primarily dedicated to Six Sigma,a small but important subset in the Quality and Operational management sciences.

    Have a look at http://www.q-skills.com
It also includes a free flowcharter, specific to quality improvement, with automatic flow logic testing.

Hey Dave, figure out how to post on this site before posting again.  We got the point the first time.

Loved the part about being willing to obtain a BB cert within one year of employment.  A similar job was posted quite a while ago.  Unless I get to deal with the models, no go for me but thanks.
