I am currently researching into the implementation of Six Sigma and wondered if anyone had any experience of the number of Green Belts a company should per employee.

we have a thought thatwas validated by our research into six sigma. such companies as ge (very large) have a dedicated resources due to their immense structure. for companies of 100-200, you should have at least 10-20% of the total employees as a minimum green belts. and at least 1-2% blackbelts. take into consideration, the more individuals that are trained in the concepts, the more individuals that can assist in cost reduction and process improvements. thus, that is why the larger companies have all non-exempt (salaried) employees gb trained. part of their job to reduce cost and improve the company.
