    Ricardo:
    OCP can be many things. Where did you see this? Do a google search and i think that is your best bet.
    If it is related to six sigms stuff, then i guess OCP = Ongoing Change Program
    OCP methodologies = Six Sigma, Lean, facilitation and change management… I found this in google search, not sure if this is correct and if this is what you are looking for.

    Please provide the statement where you saw this. It could be quite a number if things, depending on the context in which it was written. One thing is for sure, I don’t think it was referring to Oatmeal Cream Pie. But, then again, maybe.

    How about :
    “Obtuse Corolary Processes”??? OR
    “Obtuse Corolary Procedures”???
    We see enough of this to keep us employed trying to solve them!!!!

    Operations Control Panel
    Organizational Concept Plan
    The guy asked for the meaning of an acronyn with no frame of reference to how it was used. How can anybody be sure of the correct answer to give him?
