Does anyone have a OEE spreadsheet that can share? I’m currently using one, but I’m not sure it’s the best.

What process are you intrested in ? OEE is only a number, given by a formula. If youhave the data, and it is corect, then should be not a problem calculating it. Interpretation may be a problem. It may hapen looking only at OEE, that you have made improvements, but in the reality you performance is worse. let us know more about your problem, and process.

Do you need a spread sheet to collate data and give an OEE figure or a spread sheet to analyse multiple data entries over a period of time.

I feel  that  you  are  confused :Are  you  calculating OEE correctly:Availability *Performance *Quality = OEE?
Are  you  figuring all  the  three  components accuratly?
Are  you  identifying your  constraint operation?noting  spiles and  trends?
Please  check  all  those  factors  again  before  asking?

Drop me an e-mail at [email protected] and I’ll be glad to forward an Excel sheet.
One thing to to keep in mind regarding OEE is that it the real benefit comes from focusing on those pieces of equipment or operations which are bottlenecks. Don’t try to calculate OEE on every piece of equipment you have as that just becomes another “waste”.
