    Does anyone know of, or work for an organisation in the UK that has successfully implemented a VOC program that I would be able to visit? We are currently looking at how we can capture all VOC feedback (negative and positive) in a way that will also work in harmony with our new internal complaints handling system (yet to be implemented). I would find it really useful to see this in action in an organisation that has already been where we are trying to go!

    Peppe, we are a not for profit organisation dealing with Financial Services firms and their customers but I am interested in seeing how the principles are applied in any field…Maria
