Wow, that’s a big question. Six Sigma is used extensively by many, many companies (and many governmental and non-profit groups, too). One really good starting place: Michael Marx’s “Six Sigma Companies” blog. He has dozens and dozens of companies noted. Try this link: http://www.sixsigmacompanies.com/

If you go to iSixSigma’s Blog-o-Sphere (http://blogs.isixsigma.com/), you will find that Michael Marx’s Six Sigma Companies blog (http://www.sixsigmacompanies.com/) is one of the featured blogs (see the listing of blogs on the left side of the Blog-o-Sphere page). It has a lot of terrific information!!
By the way, there are also several other very good iSixSigma.com blogs that may help our original poster with his project, including Michael Cyger’s blog (http://blogs.isixsigma.com/index.asp?ui=Michael%20Cyger&s=bloggers) and Gianna Clark’s blog (http://blogs.isixsigma.com/index.asp?ui=Gianna%20Clark&s=bloggers).
I don’t believe you will find any commercialism in these excellent blogs.
I hope that this is useful to you.
Best regards,
